- Log in to https://webmail.<yourdomain>
- On the left side, click "Website Home."
- Scroll down to "Other Webmail Features."
- Click on "Configure Mail Client."
- For Apple iOS
- To the right of "iOS for iPhone/iPad/iPod and MacOS® Mail.app"
- Click on "IMAP over SSL/TLS"
- Click on "Proceed."
- Choose "Allow" on the prompt to allow the file to Install/Run.
- Click on "Close" on the Profile Downloaded prompt.
- You can go to the Settings app and click "Profile Downloaded."
- Click on "Install" and follow the prompts.
- At a minimum, it will ask for the password to the email account.
- If you do not see it, try again from the beginning, as a step was either canceled or missed.
- If you continue to have issues, then contact us.
Follow these directions to prevent Notes from being saved to your new account instead of your iCloud Account.
- Go to Settings
- Click on Apps
- Click on Mail
- Click on Mail Accounts
- Click on your email account.
- Turn off Notes.
- Click on Delete from My iPhone.
